Tickets are issued closer to the performance date, once received from the theatre supplier. If the event does not reach its minimum group, bookings are refunded.

Parents supervise

Each family is responsible for supervising the children and guests in their own booking group.

Thoughtful seating

Families in the same booking group will be seated together. You can add a note at checkout.

Minimum group applies

The event only goes ahead if the required group size is reached.

Refunds if it cannot run

If the minimum is not reached, every booking is refunded in line with the booking terms.

Waiting list when full

Once all 30 places are booked, further requests join the waiting list.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a place cost?

A child place is £44.50 and an adult place is £59.50. Each price includes the place price plus a £10 contribution to your PTA.

When do I get my tickets?

Tickets are issued by email closer to the performance date, once received from the theatre supplier.

Can I book for friends or other families?

Yes. You can book places for relatives, friends and your child's friends, including families from other schools. The more places we fill, the more your PTA earns.

What if the event does not go ahead?

The event only runs if the required group size is reached. If it does not, every booking is refunded in line with the parent booking terms.

Who looks after the children?

Each family supervises the children and guests in their own booking group throughout the evening.

Can we sit together?

Families in the same booking group will be seated together. You can add a seating note at checkout; exact seat numbers cannot be guaranteed before the final seating plan is issued.
